TRENTON, New Jersey, July 11 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following news:

Legislation sponsored by Assembly Democrats Nancy Pinkin, Shavonda Sumter and Valerie Vainieri Huttle to restrict the use of solitary confinement in New Jersey's prisons was signed into law Thursday by Governor Phil Murphy.
