WASHINGTON, July 11 -- Rep. Maxine Waters, D-California, issued the following statement after the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments in the Republican-led case of Texas vs. U.S.:
"The Trump-Republican Party is at it again. After failing to 'repeal and replace' Obamacare and suffering embarrassing losses in the 2018 midterms, Donald Trump and his Republican allies are once again moving to strip away health coverage and protections for people with preexis . . .
