WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, issued the following statement on the amendments put forward by Democrats in the House to the National Defense Authorization Act regarding per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances:
