WASHINGTON, July 10 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy issued the following news release:

Today, the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Fossil Energy (FE) announced $600,000 in federal funding for two projects that fall under the High Performance Computing for Materials (HPC4Mtls) program.
