KANSAS CITY, Missouri, July 9 -- The Democratic Party of Missouri issued the following news release:
Today, Missouri's lawsuit to have the Affordable Care Act declared unconstitutional was heard by a panel of federal appeals court judges in New Orleans.
Elimination of the 2009 law would end protections for patients with pre-existing health conditions, lifetime cost limits, prohbitions against insurance discrimination against women, tax credits for small businesses . . .
