JUNEAU, Alaska, June 30 -- Gov. Mike Dunleavy, R-Alaska, issued the following proclamation on Drunk Driving Victims' Remembrance Day:
WHEREAS, Alaska's roadways provide enjoyment and necessary transportation for Alaskans and visitors, who routinely travel for work, school, and pleasure, with the justifiable expectation of respectful and considerate treatment from fellow drivers; and
