With the goal to closely examine how recent eviction trends have impacted residents, landlords, local governments and New Jersey as a whole, the full Assembly on Thursday passed legislation (A-4517) to establish the "New Jersey Eviction Crisis Task Force" to study these issues and make recommendations for creating new and more efficient housing policies.
