CAMP COURTNEY, Okinawa, June 26 -- The U.S. Marine Corps issued the following news release:
The remains of three Marines recovered during the salvage operation for the December 6, 2018 aircraft mishap involving an F/A-18 and a KC-130J have been identified.
Recovered are:
Lt. Col. Kevin R. Herrmann, 38, of New Bern, North Carolina.
Maj. James M. Brophy, 36, of Staatsburg, New York.
Staff Sgt. Maximo A. Flores, 27, of Surprise, Arizo . . .
