WASHINGTON, June 27 -- Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-New Hampshire, issued the following statement ahead of a scheduled vote in the Senate on requiring congressional approval for military action against Iran:
"The American people should have a say on matters of war, and Congress is meant to be their voice.
