WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tennessee, issued the following floor statement on Poison Center Network Enhancement Act (S. 1199), Emergency Medical Services for Children Program Reauthorization Act (S. 1173) and Lower Health Care Costs Act (S.1895):
