WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, issued the following statement after the House passed the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act (H.R. 3401) that provides $4.5 billion in emergency funding to address the humanitarian crisis at the border:
