CONCORD, New Hampshire, June 26 -- The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services issued the following news release:
Elevated concentrations of cyanobacteria are present in Hunkins Pond in Sanbornton, NH. Samples collected on 6/26/2019 from a shoreline exceeded the State threshold of 70,000 cells/ml of cyanobacteria. Samples contained varieties of cyanobacteria taxa, Anabaena/Dolichospermum, with a total cell count of 611,000 cells/ml. There were no observed surface scums, h . . .
