WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Connecticut, chair of the House Appropriations subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services and Education, issued the following statement regarding the Department of Labor's proposed rule on Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Programs:
