NEW YORK, June 24 -- The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey issued the following news release:
The Port Authority today announced that the first public meetings to solicit formal comment on the agency's planning-level scoping document will be held on July 10, with one meeting scheduled in New York and one in New Jersey.
