WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Rep. Mark Green, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement reacting to the reports that both the Senate and House are working on bills simultaneously to bring humanitarian relief to the border crisis:
"Whatever Congress passes must include a permanent solution to the border crisis.
"We must fix our legal loopholes. Via the president's emergency declaration, we are getting the physical wall built. But we need to build a legal wal . . .
