WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit allowed the Trump administration's gag rule to go into effect:
"Today, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit failed millions people who rely on Title X for family planning services--including abortion and contraception--by allowing the Trump-Pence administration's gag rule to go into effect.
