WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Sen. Bob Menendez, D-New Jersey, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following floor remarks ahead of a series of votes on his 22 joint resolutions of disapproval to block the Trump administration's attempt to push through over $8 billion in arms sales to Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates:
