WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Sen. Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, chairman of the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, issued the following remarks at a hearing entitled "Outside Perspectives on the Collection of Beneficial Ownership Information":
