READING, Pennsylvania, June 20 -- Dirks, Van Essen, Murray and April, a merger and acquisition firm, issued the following news release:
Twilight Broadcasting, a New Freedom, Pennsylvania-based company led by Robert Lowe, is acquiring the WEEU 830 AM license in Reading, Pennsylvania from Reading Eagle Company.
