PIERRE, South Dakota, June 20 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following statement applauding the announcement by the Department of Agriculture adjusting the grazing and haying date from November 1 to September 1, aiding South Dakota farmers who were unable to plant due to flooding:
