Today, U.S. Senators Martha McSally (R-AZ) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) introduced bipartisan legislation to rein in rogue spending at the Western Area Power Administration, which delivers power from 56 hydropower plants to more than 40 million people in 15 states.
