Arizona senior Senator Kyrsten Sinema joined a bipartisan group of senators in cosponsoring the Simplifying Outdoor Access for Recreation (SOAR) Act, which streamlines and improves the permitting process for outfitters, educational organizations, and community groups to enjoy Arizona's public lands.
