WASHINGTON, June 19 -- The Congressional Western Caucus issued the following statement by Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Arizona, chairman of Congressional Western Caucus, in response to House Committee on Natural Resources Democratic members's passage of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Permanent Funding Act (H.R. 3195):
