WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senator Bob Menendez and Cory Booker today announced a combined $8,863,976.46 in federal funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to elevate dozens of flood-prone homes in Brigantine, along the Jersey Shore, and to support New Jersey Office of Emergency Management (NJOEM) flood mitigation operations.
