WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Sen. Patrick J. Leahy, D-Vermont, issued the following statement on the Trump administration's action on LGBTQ issues and the nomination of Matthew Kacsmaryk to be U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Texas:
