HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, June 19 -- The Pennsylvania House Democrats issued the following news release on behalf of Pennsylvania State Rep. Patrick J. Harkins, D-Erie:
The House today unanimously passed a bill that would give Pennsylvania's Department of Labor and Industry more flexibility in drawing down funding allocated for modernizing the state's Unemployment Compensation benefits delivery system, according to the prime sponsor, state Rep.
