WASHINGTON, June 18 -- Sens. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, and Ranking Member Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following joint statement after President Trump nominated seven individuals to serve on the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico:
