CONCORD, New Hampshire, June 11 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following statement by Chairman Stephen Stepanek regarding the committees of conference formed for legislation (H.B. 1 and H.B. 2):
"Before the negotiations have even begun, Democrats have made this a completely partisan process by excluding Republicans from the committees of conference on HB1 & HB2.
"Democrats claim they are interested in working across the aisle and building . . .
