SAIPAN, Northern Mariana Islands, May 23 -- The FBI issued the following news release:
Saturday, May 25th is marked as National Missing Children's Day, which was first proclaimed by former President Ronald Reagan in 1983. The 25th also happens to be the eighth anniversary of the disappearance of Faloma and Maleina Luhk, who vanished from the United States Territory of Saipan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
