WASHINGTON, May 16 -- Sen. Thomas Carper, D-Delaware, issued the following floor remarks regarding escalating tensions between the U.S. and Iran nearly one year after the Trump Administration pulled the U.S. out of the carefully negotiated Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action:
