CONCORD, New Hampshire, April 23 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following statement by Chairman Stephen Stepanek on the the legalization and regulation of cannabis legislation (H.B. 481):
"As the State Senate now takes a look at HB 481, it is important to reiterate: recreational use of marijuana would not benefit or help our state or the people of New Hampshire.
"Over 7,000 Granite Staters utilize therapeutic cannabis, and the New Hampshire . . .
