BISMARCK, North Dakota, April 11 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following statement after the Senate confirmed former North Dakota Lt. Gov. Drew Wrigley to serve again as U.S. Attorney for the District of North Dakota:
