ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, April 5 -- The Maryland Republican Party issued the following news release:
This year's legislative session is ending on Monday. This week was dominated by more news about Mayor Pugh though, unfortunately. It turns out that Mayor Pugh was also paid almost $200,000 by Kaiser Permanente and Associated Black Charities for "her books." These payments were around the same time as when city contracts were voted on by Pugh and the city's spending bo . . .
