ATLANTA, Georgia, April 4 -- The Georgia Democratic Party issued the following statement by spokeswoman Maggie Chambers on the reports that Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp signed legislation (H.B. 316):
"In waiting to sign his own corrupt voting machine bill until the dead of night, Brian Kemp shows us once again that he's too cowardly to own up to his own actions.
"Since his time as Secretary of State, he's blatantly shown that he'd rather use millions . . .
