CONCORD, New Hampshire, April 4 -- The New Hampshire Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chair Ray Buckley on the announcement that Manchester Mayor Joyce Craig will seek re-election in November:
"Over the past fifteen months, Manchester has been well-served under the effective, innovative, and fiscally responsible leadership of Mayor Joyce Craig.
