NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will address a joint meeting of Congress at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, in the House of Representatives Chamber of the U.S. Capitol. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) invited former U.S. Ambassador to Poland Victor Ashe to attend as his guest. Nominated by President George W. Bush, Ashe served as ambassador to Poland from 2004 to 2009.
