WASHINGTON, March 26 -- Rep. Betty McCollum, D-Minnesota, chairwoman of the House Appropriations subcommittee on the Interior, Environment and Related Agencies, issued the following remarks at a hearing on the fiscal 2020 budget request for the Department of the Interior:
