COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 21 -- Gov. Mike DeWine, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine today announced the appointment of Frederick D. Nelson to serve as a judge on the Tenth District Court of Appeals.
Nelson, of Bexley, will assume office on March 25, 2019, and serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending February 28, 2021. Nelson is replacing Judge Timothy S. Horton, who resigned effective February 28, 2019.
