Following his meeting with former Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker last week, House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) sent a letter to Steven Engel, Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel, demanding that the Department of Justice follow government policy and ascertain from the White House whether the President plans to assert executive privilege on questions . . .
