JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, March 17 -- The Democratic Party of Missouri issued the following news release:
The Missouri Democratic Party leadership is saddened to hear today of the passing of former U.S. Representative Bill Burlison. Representative Bill Burlison represented the former 10th Missouri Congressional District from 1969 to 1981. He was born in Wardell, Missouri and attended Southeast Missouri State University and the University of Missouri.
