COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 12 -- The Ohio Democratic Party issued the following news:
The Ohio Democratic Party released the following statement from Chairman David Pepper in response to the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that the state of Ohio can take funding away from Planned Parenthood that provides "testing for HIV/AIDS and other STDs, Pap smears and other cancer screenings, infant mortality prevention programs and sexual health education programs."
