TOPEKA, Kansas, March 4 -- The Kansas Democratic Party issued the following news release:
The Kansas Democratic Party is excited to announce Vicki Hiatt as our party's new chair. Hiatt, who served as vice chair since 2017, was elected by the party's state committee on Saturday at Washington Days, the Kansas Democratic Party's annual convention. Hiatt replaces John Gibson, who did not seek re-election.
