The newly-elected San Bernardino County Supervisor for the third district Dawn Rowe reached out to Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, California, commanding officer Col. Craig C. Clemans, Feb 19.
Rowe talked with Clemans in his office for about half an hour.
