SALEM, Oregon, Feb. 27 -- Gov. Kate Brown, D-Oregon, issued the following news release:
Governor Kate Brown today ordered all flags at Oregon public institutions to be flown at half-staff in honor of Secretary of State Dennis Richardson. Flags should be flown at half-staff today, and on the day of his interment from sunrise to sunset. A subsequent flag order will be released for the day of Secretary Richardson's interment.
