When he campaigned for re-election in 2016, U.S. Sen. Rob Portman ran commercials about fighting human trafficking -- but it turns out, he helped pay for those ads with substantial contributions from a billionaire who is wanted for soliciting prostitution in connection with a human trafficking ring.
