INSTITUTE, West Virginia, Feb. 18 -- West Virginia State University issued the following news release:

West Virginia State University (WVSU) will host its annual Black History Month Convocation Tuesday, Feb.26, at 12:30 p.m. in the Ferrell Hall Auditorium featuring political analyst and former South Carolina state representative Bakari Sellers.

Admission is free and open to the public.
