Rep. Griffith Issues Statement on Trump's Declaration of National Emergency

WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Rep. Morgan Griffith, R-Virginia, issued the following statement in response to the declaration of national emergency by President Trump regarding the situation at the U.S.-Mexican border:
