CONCORD, New Hampshire, Feb. 5 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following statement by Chairman Stephen Stepanek regarding the New Hampshire Democrat proposed legislation (H.B. 632-FN) repealing the Educational Tax Credit program:
