CONCORD, New Hampshire, Jan. 31 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following statement by Chairman Stephen Stepanek regarding legislation (H.B. 120) relative to the regulation of body art establishments, a bill proposed by New Hampshire Democrats:
