CONCORD, New Hampshire, Jan. 31 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following statement by Chairman Stephen Stepanek regarding legislation (S.B. 2-FN) relative to funding for job training programs, a bill proposed by New Hampshire Democrats:
"New Hampshire Democrats in the state senate voted today to raid $4 million from the unemployment trust fund in order to increase government bureaucracy.
